20 Year Staff Reunion Registration Camp War Eagle

Join us as we celebrate 20 incredible years of Camp War Eagle staff! This registration form is for anyone who has served on staff at Camp War Eagle at any point over the past 20 years. Whether you’re coming solo or with your whole family, we can’t wait to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate together! See our reunion website page for more information regarding the weekend. Register prior to May 1st to get your preffered shirt size. Registration closes August 1st.

Adult ticket pricing is $25 each. This includes food, swag, and a real good time. Each adult in your family will need to purchase a ticket for the weekend.

Please let us know the total number of children of all ages attending. Child ticket pricing is $15. Children 5 and under are free.
Overnight housing is for Saturday, September 5th ONLY. Overnight pricing will be added to your registration total and must be paid by the respective deadlines. Lodging is LIMITED. Not booking early or failing to pay your invoice could result in the loss of your reservation.
PRIVATE lodging is for families and individuals who desire to have lodging reserved completely for their family and/or group. Those in private lodging may have other families/individuals placed in their lodging at request; however, the fee will only be charged to one specified registration. SHARED lodging is for families and individuals who will be assigned to stay with others as capacity allows. For shared lodging, individuals will be assigned by gender and the time period they worked at camp. Families in shared lodging will be assigned with other families. Those in shared lodging may request others to be placed in their lodging, but it is not guaranteed, and each family will be charged.
All air-conditioned private lodging spaces are SOLD OUT. If you are sharing a private lodging space with another family or individual, only one party is required to pay. Please coordinate with your party to decide who will pay. If applicable, list the family or individual you plan to stay with in the next question. If you are paying for the space, select one of the paid options. The space will not be reserved until payment is received from someone in the party.

Please note, Camp is not a nut free facility and the only special meal request that can be accommodated would be a gluten free diet meal.

  About Camp War Eagle

Camp War Eagle is a Christian sports, adventure and recreation summer camp for boys and girls ages 6 to 17 from Benton, Washington, Carroll and Madison counties in northwest Arkansas. From our Overnight Camp located on the shores of beautiful Beaver Lake to our Day Camp offered at multiple locations in northwest Arkansas, Camp War Eagle is the place for children from Northwest Arkansas to have the time of their lives and gain a greater appreciation for God, themselves and others. The children returning home will then positively affect their families and the communities of Northwest Arkansas.
