The discount is only valid for the 6th or 7th session of Overnight Camp 2026. The discount may be applied to one child per K–12 school employee working in Northwest Arkansas. CWE must be notified of the child’s name before the discount is applied. The camper application and all required paperwork must be completed by the stated deadlines. Proof of the camper’s current immunizations is required for attendance. The camper must reside in Benton, Carroll, Madison, or Washington County. The camper must meet minimum service and school requirements based on their number of years at camp, be in good behavioral standing with both their school and CWE, and be able to participate in the camp program physically, socially, and emotionally.
